The Service

AdTransformer reads your existing Google Ads campaigns on a read-only basis and helps you create draft ads for other advertising channels. You review and approve drafts before anything is published.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any accounts you connect.

Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account such as Google Ads or an advertising platform, you authorize us to access it as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights to connect those accounts. You are responsible for any ads you choose to publish and for compliance with the policies of the destination platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by AdTransformer. Content you provide remains yours, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated drafts will meet your needs or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdTransformer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
