AdTransformer ("AdTransformer", "we", "us") operates the website at adtransformer.com and the related application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.
Google Ads data. If you connect a Google Ads account, we read your campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ads on a read-only basis so we can display them and help you create ad drafts.
Content you provide. Context documents and notes you upload, and the ad drafts you review or edit.
Usage data. Basic technical information such as log data needed to operate and secure the Service.

Google user data and Limited Use

When you connect Google Ads, you grant read-only access through Google OAuth. We use this data only to provide the Service to you: to display your campaigns and generate ad drafts you can review. We never create, edit, pause, or delete anything in your Google Ads account.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it except as needed to provide the Service to you or as required by law.

How we use information

To authenticate you and operate your account.
To import your campaigns and generate ChatGPT ad drafts for your review.
To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

AI processing

To generate ad drafts, we send relevant campaign content and any context documents you provide to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. This content is used only to produce drafts for you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as our cloud hosting and AI providers, and only to the extent needed to operate it. If you choose to publish ads to another platform, the drafts you approve are sent to that platform on your instruction.

Storage and security

Data is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Access tokens are kept server-side and used only to make read-only API calls on your behalf. Sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect a connected account at any time, which removes the stored access tokens for that account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
